Our Pricing Philosophy

No surprises. Ever.

When patients come to us after consultations elsewhere, the most common frustration we hear is the "final price isn't the final price" story — quoted one number, then nickel-and-dimed for sedation, prosthesis material, follow-ups, or "complications" that turn out to be standard procedure.

That doesn't happen here. Every price below includes everything needed to complete your treatment: surgical placement, all materials, sedation when indicated, the final permanent prosthesis, and every follow-up visit through the first year.

You'll know your total cost before treatment begins. We'll put it in writing.

The complimentary consultation includes a CBCT scan and a complete written treatment plan with itemized pricing. There's no obligation to proceed — patients regularly take their plan home, compare it to other quotes, and come back when they're ready.

Payment Options

More than just financing.

Beyond our three financing partners, we accept multiple payment methods to make treatment accessible regardless of your situation.

  • I

    Major Credit Cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Many patients use credit cards with travel or rewards programs to maximize value on the treatment investment.

  • II

    HSA & FSA

Dental implants are an eligible expense for both Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts. We provide all documentation needed for tax-advantaged payment.

  • III

    Insurance Verification

While most dental insurance has limited annual maximums, many patients have benefits that cover a meaningful portion. We verify your specific coverage and apply benefits directly.

  • IV

    Cash & Check

Patients paying full balance at time of treatment are eligible for a small courtesy discount. Ask at consultation for current terms.

  • V

    Combinations

Most patients use a combination — insurance benefits + financing for the balance, or HSA + financing, or split payments across two cards. We help structure the most efficient approach for your situation.

Insurance & Coverage

What insurance actually covers.

Most patients are surprised by what their dental insurance does and doesn't cover for implant treatment. The honest answer: insurance helps, but it rarely pays for everything.

Typical dental insurance has an annual maximum of $1,000–$3,000 per year — meaningful, but only a portion of full-arch treatment cost. Many plans cover 50% of the implant or crown, up to that annual maximum. Some plans exclude implants entirely. Some cover IV sedation when medically necessary.

What we do at consultation: verify your specific coverage in advance, calculate your exact out-of-pocket cost, and put it in writing. No surprises when the bill arrives.

For full-arch treatment, most patients use insurance for the first $1,000–$3,000 and finance the balance.

Medical insurance (separate from dental) sometimes covers IV sedation or treatment for medically complex conditions. Worth verifying — we can run that check at consultation as well.

Common Questions

Cost & financing answered.

  • Why is your pricing different from other implant centers?+
Many large implant centers (ClearChoice, Aspen Dental) advertise low entry prices but add costs as treatment progresses — sedation, "complications," upgraded materials, follow-up visits. Our pricing is all-inclusive: the quoted number is the actual total. We're often less expensive than the apparent low quotes from other centers once everything is added up. Compare detailed treatment plans, not headline numbers.
  • How does the 0% interest financing actually work?+
CareCredit offers 0% interest on 6, 12, 18, or 24-month plans for qualified applicants. The catch: if any payment is missed or the balance isn't paid off by the end of the promotional period, deferred interest can be charged retroactively. Cherry and Proceed Finance offer fixed-rate plans without that risk. We help you choose which option fits your situation.
  • What credit score do I need to qualify for financing?+
Approval depends on more than credit score — income, debt-to-income ratio, and credit history all factor in. Cherry typically approves applicants with credit scores as low as 600. CareCredit's 0% promotional plans typically require 670+. Proceed Finance specializes in larger dental treatments and works with patients across a wider credit range. Most patients qualify with at least one of the three.
  • Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. Your initial implant consultation is complimentary and includes: a CBCT 3D scan, an examination by Dr. Advani, a review of treatment options, and a written treatment plan with itemized pricing. There's no obligation to proceed. Many patients take the plan home, compare it elsewhere, and return when they're ready.
  • Can I use HSA or FSA for dental implants?+
Yes — dental implants are an eligible expense for both Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Using HSA/FSA funds means you're paying with pre-tax dollars, which can save significantly depending on your tax bracket. We provide all documentation needed for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
  • What if my treatment plan changes during the procedure?+
It rarely does. The CBCT scan and digital planning at consultation are detailed enough that we know exactly what's needed before surgery begins. In the rare case where something changes during treatment (an unexpected anatomical finding, for example), we discuss it with you before any additional cost is incurred. You'll never receive a bill for something we didn't agree to in advance.
  • Do you offer payment plans directly?+
For most patients, third-party financing through CareCredit, Cherry, or Proceed Finance is the most flexible option. We occasionally offer in-house payment plans for specific situations — discuss this directly with our financial coordinator at consultation.
  • What's the cheapest option to get started?+
A complimentary consultation is the cheapest first step — no cost, no commitment, and you'll know exactly what your specific situation requires. From there, we can structure financing to fit your budget. Many patients begin with a single arch, then return later for the second arch as their budget allows. We work with you on what's possible.
